ASHTANGA YOGA

It is often defined as an intense, dynamic, and athletic form of yoga.

Initially, the classes are guided until the individual practice is built in a solid and progressive way and then each one can follow in the Mysore style.
Depending on the student's ability, the practice is built individually. It should be noted that in this particular system, personalized follow-up is given to the student's progression, adapting it to his/her goals and abilities.

VINYASA FLOW

This class is designed in the movement of the body
in unison with the breath

During our classes we will work on the whole body
always with the main focus on postural alignment
and fluidity of movements.
It will you gives you quiet energy for all your day.

POWER PILATES

Pilates is amazing at rehabilitating injuries,
keeping aches and pains at bay and staying supple and agile

SURF YOGA

Whether you’re an expert surfer or just getting your feet wet in the surf, yoga is one of the best ways to keep your body loose and agile for the waves. Surfing does not only require physical fitness but also mental focus, concentration, and full attention in the here and now. A focused mindset allows you to be more aware of your surroundings & improve your surfing. Surf Yoga is a full-body workout that helps you to create strength in the main muscle groups & your intermuscular coordination for surfing.

FUNCTIONAL TRAINING - SURF FIT

Surfing demands the most of us
and we always want to give our best.
This requires commitment and practice.

The session is based on functional exercises that will improve your strength, mobility, flexibility, and coordination.
If you want to improve your surfing and/or fitness, this is the class for you!

AERIAL DANCE

Try to think of dance, of your body freeing itself from tension,
of the rhythm entering your body, of your mind becoming light.
Now try to imagine experiencing all this while flying.


This class is a unique experience,

which both children and adults will enjoy, smiling  :)
